Future Tour Divide racers.. how to warm up...

Thought you all might be interested to see this broadcast from the Weather Channel interview with Matthew Lee the "race director" [sic] and 5 time winner of the Tour Divide race. He calls this race the Tour de France of mountain biking and also says it makes the Tour de France look like a warm up.
